Life Feels Loud Lately
So I built something small to help us notice what’s already here
Good morning champs!
I interrupt regular programming for a special announcement…
Now, most of you are well aware that I am a fiend for self-help, gratitude, stoicism and mental health.
I want to live the good life…
And I want you to live it too!
I’ve been thinking a lot about how loud life feels lately.
Not necessarily bad, just noisy. Busy. Mentally cluttered.
As the new year is nearly one month old, a lot of you may not have started with the energy and intention that you foresaw. The same stuff seems to be getting in the way and your’e feeling a little… stuck?
While all these thoughts have been milling around, I received some great messages from people leading me to believe that gratitude is still so essential.
We really do live in a gratitude deficient society.
I want to change that.
With all that in mind, I decided to pull the trigger on something I have been wanting to do for a long time and never had the courage or confidence to pull off…
In February, I’m launching a short email course on gratitude.
It’s a 28-day sprint.
Nothing intense.
Nothing motivational.
Just one short email a day with a small prompt — something you can do in 2–5 minutes, then get on with your life.
It’s not about being positive.
It’s about reps.
Training your attention to notice what’s already there, especially on the average days.

And if it’s not for you right now, that’s completely fine.
I’ll still be writing every Sunday to you beautiful folk as usual, but I wanted you guys to be the first to have a look.
With gratitude,
SAV
